Notes from "Mommy To Be"

Hi Everyone!

Thank you so much for sending such kind thoughts to KC and I! As you can see, our lives have changed in so many wonderful ways in the past 6 months. We moved to Portland and in this picture, KC and I took a get-a-way trip to a vineyard outside of Seattle called "Cave B". This picture is important for 2 reasons. First, this was the celebration of our 2nd Anniversary and the trip where our Baby Girl was conceived. Secondly, this picture is poiniant because I am wearing my favorite pair of Mavi Jeans that I can't wait to get back into after our baby is born (ha!). The pregnancy has been a wonderful experience for both Kenny and I and we are so excited to have our new edition in just days! I swear our baby has been so active kicking that it feels like she is actually running in the womb (ha!). KC and I have actually seen her elbows, feet, and hands push out of the side of my tummy! It's just so amazing! One thing is for sure - our baby will have the best Aunties and Uncles Nationwide. We love and miss all of you and hope to see you soon!

Back to Asia! Specifically Taipei, Taiwan

One of my traveling budding and I Keith, 27 years with Nike. He was the man! This is us at the factory actually in China, with our entourage! Keith is a product engineer, and taught me everyting about the shoemaking process.

were playing with him and stepping over him like a puppy. If you notice a little box to the bottom left of the snake it is a cute little rabbit that the guy hid as I was taking this photo. Guess who gets a bunny for a snack??




On my way to the Famous Snake Alley, actually it is a Night market. There were more scooters that cars on the road. Of course, I wanted to rent one.



























Snake Alley, the markets were crazy. Had no idea what people eat! Of course I did not sample the cuisine.

Mommy update!!

Asia Brief!! My first trip!

Guess, who holds that smile??? You got it! Rachel's first modeling job in Portland, with the baby, I guess this is also the baby's first modeling job.

baby names???? Any Suggestions....,

Well, She is on her way..., literally. We have narrowed down our name selection. My Grandma has been fantastic with "suggestions". Rachel and I are all about "unique", "exotic", just plain different. If you can think of any please...have at it. Please, refrain from Michelle, Jennifer., Of course, not that they are not cool..but... you know.

The Family

Nike is still happening! Everything in "Nikeville" Beaverton, Oregon has been fantastic. I am the Global Product Line Manager for Men's Athletic Training Footwear. Most people know it as Cross Training. But those days are over. It is a new day. I am learning a great deal about shoe making! My first shoe hits a store near you in February of 2008. Be on the look out!

Mom & Dad looking fantastic. As Dad is missed Daily and I am sure looking over our future Daughter. Mom and soon to be Grandma "Queen Bee" is doing great and looking forward to hear Granddaughter! Yes it is a girl!!

Pop Pop and Ohma in AZ...Steelers fans??? But of course!!! Still excited and reeling from the Steelers recent World Title as Super Bowl Champs.

Our First Blog

Hey All,

So we thought since we have family all over the place, and the baby is on it's way...we thought we should keep you all posted. So here are some recent pictures of us. More on the way!
